RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS

(Applies to all apparel, mugs, home decor, and accessories fulfilled by Printify or Printful)

At Hula Girls Hideaway, each Print-On-Demand item is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error:

  1. Email support@hulagirlshideaway.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

⚠️ Not Eligible for Return

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays due to postal services or customs

🕒 Processing Time

Refunds or replacements (if approved) are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation from Printify or Printful.

🌍 International Orders

Customs delays or fees are outside our control and not refundable.

For health and hygiene reasons, all lip glosses and beauty products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

✅ If Your Item Arrives Damaged

  1. Email support@hulagirlshideaway.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

  3. We will gladly send a replacement or store credit.

💌 Shipping Issues

If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal carrier first. If it cannot be resolved, contact us and we’ll help file a claim.

Replacements or store credits (if approved) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
